Where are your products made?
Every piece is lovingly handmade in Texas by me (and sometimes with help from my family). From the selection of items offered to the packing, your order is crafted with care.
How long will my order take to ship?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Custom pieces may take a little longer, but I promise they’re worth the wait!
Do you accept custom requests?
Yes! If you have an idea for a badge reel topper, keychain, or earring, send me a message. I’ll let you know if it’s possible and provide a quote.
What materials do you use?
I use high-quality filament,acrylics, hypoallergenic earring hardware, and durable badge reel components so your accessories last.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the handmade and often personalized nature of my items, returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery.
My badge reel/backer isn’t exactly like the photo — why?
Computer monitors show different colors and hues.I try to make sure I take photos in the most natural way possible.If its a pattern it can also vary as well.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale?
Yes! I love working with offices, events, and boutiques. Message me for wholesale info.
Do you glue your fidget clickers?
Yes! Every fidget clicker will be glued so that the switch and/or pieces doesn't fall apart.
