Shipping Policy
Thanks for shopping with Happie Potato. Here's everything you need to know about how your order ships.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days. Processing time is the time it takes me to prepare your order before it ships, not including transit time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Method
All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage from Texas. I do not currently offer expedited shipping or international shipping. Orders are US only.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after the label is created.
Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
Once a package leaves my hands and is in the care of USPS, I am not responsible for what happens to it. This includes packages that are lost in transit, stolen after delivery, or marked delivered to the wrong address by USPS. If your tracking shows a problem, please file a claim directly with USPS at usps.com/help.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to me because of an incorrect or outdated address, the cost to reship will be the buyer's responsibility. I am not responsible for packages delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly at checkout.
