At Happie Potato, every item is handmade with care — which means your order is crafted just for you! Here's what to expect when you place an order with us.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During busy seasons, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. If there's a delay with your order, we'll reach out to you directly via email.

Business days are Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship all orders via USPS from Texas. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Standard Shipping (USPS): 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Happie Potato is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Orders of $35 or more qualify for FREE shipping! Follow us on Instagram @happiepotato_ to stay in the loop on promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. If you haven't received tracking within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hellohappiepotato@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. Happie Potato is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to help resolve the situation.
